All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns. Our Limited Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for 5 years from the date of purchase.

During the warranty period, Glooshkov will repair or replace any item or part that proves defective due to improper materials or craftsmanship, at no additional cost. Repairs may be made using new or refurbished parts.

This warranty does not cover issues caused by misuse, improper care, accidents, or any damage unrelated to materials or workmanship.

It also does not cover natural wear of the finish.
