I create my products by hand upon request, which is why all sales are final and returns are not accepted.
Items Damaged in Transit
I understand that issues can arise during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to me right away. I am dedicated to resolving any problems and will provide repair or replacement options at no extra cost.
We will review the photos and, if necessary, the videos, discuss the situation, and decide on the best course of action. In some cases, I can replace a part with a new one, repair it, or replace the entire item. Each case is unique and requires discussion.
P.S. I have only encountered one case of damage in my experience, which involved a very large, heavy, and thinly packaged item, where the corners were ultimately damaged. This was a custom order. All my products available on this site have been delivered without damage so far.
